    BIBA and police. 42-year-old male. Police report they were notified by a passer-by of the man who was on a bridge and appeared distressed and was crying. The passer-by was fearful that the man was going to jump off the bridge. Patient had consumed alcohol.

    Behavior: Quiet and withdrawn. Says he thought about jumping but changed his mind.
