    78-year-old female. Suspected overdose of prescription sedatives; empty bottles found in patient’s bedroom. Unclear how much was taken. Brought to hospital by neighbor who called to check on her. Neighbor had been concerned by patient’s withdrawn behavior recently.

    Behavior: Conscious but incoherent. Mumbling about not wanting to be a burden to others.
