    Admission Notes:

    32-year-old man BIBA and police. Fracture to both legs following fall from a building. Police have arrested him for attempted suicide. Say he is known to them and has made several suicide attempts in previous 2 months.

    Behavior: Denies self-harm. Says he fell and that police and authorities have been harassing him and spying on him.
