    27-year-old male. BIBA with fractured leg, internal bruising and musculoskeletal injuries following road traffic accident. Girlfriend told police that patient walked straight into oncoming traffic. Girlfriend also reports that they had been arguing on the street and patient had said he couldn’t take it anymore. Blood alcohol level of 0.14.

    Behavior: Says he had a blackout and can’t remember what happened.
