    Admission Notes:

    30-year-old female brought to hospital by family member following suspected overdose of paracetamol. Empty packets were found, but it is unclear how much had been consumed. Family member reports that the patient’s long-term relationship had recently ended.

    Behavior: Distressed but remorseful. Says she wasn’t aware of the dangers of paracetamol.
