    10-year-old boy brought in by parents. Open wound and visible bruising on forehead. Teacher reported to parents that patient has been banging his head on the desk. Parents report recent marital break-up, with patient living mainly with his mother.

    Behavior: Quiet, does not know why he bangs his head but says it helps him to feel better.
